The Branch manager Vic is always helpful both on a professional and personal level. The staff is always happy and have gone out of their way on more then one occasion to help me and my family.
Each staff member always has a smile and seems to enjoy working there.
They contribute to the community and always take part in local events. This is by far the best branch I have ever dealt with.. When depositing my cheque from icbc for a drunk driver hitting my car, the teller was asking me personal questions about my income status and when I asked her why it matter she lied and Sid she needed it for the deposit. Why lie? I was clearly for keeping my customer profile upto date. Why should I trust a bank that has staff lie to customers?
