- Russell Bird Added 2017-07-08★ ★ ★ ★ ★I haven't been to kelowna in 4 years. But I had a business package that had to move between 2 points in kelowna and 1 of the points closed in 30 minutes. I called a local cab company and they couldn't take payment over the phone.... They recommended mini express. I dealt with Mike. They had my package picked up and delivered in record time. They communicated with me via text to let me know when the package was picked up and delivered. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars because they wouldn't let me give 6.
